What You'll Do

  • Greet all visitors promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage room bookings and front desk administration efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and messages with care and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with on-site departments and support helpdesk requests.
  • Assist the team with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth customer flow.
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary, maintaining high service standards.
