Booker is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join its busy warehouse operation at Didcot. This hands-on role requires accuracy, reliability, and safety awareness in a fast-paced environment. You will manage stock put-away, replenishment, and daily warehouse duties while supporting training and progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Health and Safety is essential.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills required.
• Desirable: Reach Truck Experience, previous warehouse experience, LLOP/PPT, counterbalance, FLT licenses (training provided).

We are currently recruiting an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join our busy warehouse operation. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced environment, requiring accuracy, reliability, and strong health and safety awareness.

As a member of our warehouse team you will undertake challenging and rewarding work and play a pivotal role in ensuring we fulfil our customers' needs.

OurBooker Retail Partnerssitein Didcot is a 245,000 sq ft, modern, multi-temperature food service site.

There is also great scope for training, development and progression within the company.

Successful candidates will be required to work 5 days per week between Sunday and Friday with shift hours of 06:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs (the early day shift) one week and 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs (the late day shift) the next week.
Limited positions are also available on the night shift with hours of 22:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs.

• Putting stock away into racking locations and replenishing pick faces
• Ensuring all goods are handled correctly to prevent damage
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required
• Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and site policies
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area

The picking, packing and loading of our customer food orders for delivery,

Processing goods in effectively and efficiently

Performing stock checks as and when necessary

Replenishing the DC with goods in stock

Performing the necessary hygiene checks

You will need

We are looking for flexible, reliable people with a 'can do' attitude and great team working ethics who will supportBooker RetailPartnersin achieving its aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

A basic understanding of Health and Safety is essential, along with a good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.

The following are desirable, however, full training is provided regardless of prior experience:
