Job summary

IFGlobal is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Operations team and lead our weekend operation on-site in the United Kingdom. You will manage day-to-day warehouse activities, coach staff, and ensure health and safety, quality and housekeeping standards are met.

You'll work Friday to Tuesday, totaling 40 hours with specific shifts, and enjoy benefits including 20 days holiday, birthday off, EAP service and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or operations, with some leadership responsibility.
• Desire to develop leadership skills within a growing business.
• Ability to coach, motivate and provide feedback to a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on quality and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day performance of the warehouse team.
• Organise workloads and staffing to keep the operation running effectively.
• Support, coach and develop team members, including induction of new starters.
• Hold regular team catch-ups, providing feedback and maintaining strong communication.
• Maintain high standards across Health & Safety, quality, PPE and housekeeping.
• Take ownership of operational issues as they arise, escalating where appropriate.
