Lightroom is seeking a friendly Ticketing Host to join our weekend-focused team at our London venue. You will greet visitors, book and sell tickets on the day, and respond to enquiries via email.
Open seven days a week, the role provides casual, zero-hours shifts with weekend emphasis; the successful candidate will deliver outstanding service, communicate clearly, and help ensure smooth operations across the ticket desk.
Terms: 0 hours casual contract.Shifts will principally be offered at weekends.
Reports to:Ticketing Manager
Hours: Variable. Applicants should generally be available for at least one daytime or evening shift on Saturday or Sunday each week.
Holiday: Calculated pro rata

Our latest show, David Bowie: You’re Not Alone, transports visitors inside the many worlds of David Bowie. Through combining iconic performances, rarely‑seen interviews and never‑before‑exhibited material, the show celebrates Bowie’s creative mind, spirit and soul – resulting in both a multimedia spectacle and an intimate and revealing self‑portrait.
Lightroom’s flagship venue is based in London King’s Cross, situated next to Coal Drop’s Yard. Our shows have also played in 11 cities worldwide. Outside of London, Lightroom’s shows have played in France, Germany, Amsterdam, South Korea, China, Singapore and the United States.
You will be a part of our team of Ticketing Hosts, providing superior levels of customer service.
You will work on the Ticketing Desk, serving as the welcoming face to customers coming into the building, booking in and selling tickets on the day and answering customer enquiries via email.
Lightroom is open seven days a week. This role has been created to support our busiest weekend periods, so available shifts will principally fall on Saturdays and Sundays and may include daytime and evening work. Applicants should therefore have regular weekend availability. This is a casual, zero hours engagement.
