A residential care provider in Great Bookham is seeking a part-time Weekend Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities. Responsibilities include providing personal care, supporting residents with daily living and community activities, and working as part of a team. Weekend Support Worker - Residential Care Service, Part Time. Hours: 7 - 14 hours per week (discuss whether this is both days or one day and whether it’s every weekend or alternate weekends). Early shifts start at 7:30am and late shifts finish at 9:30pm. Salary: £12.88 to £13.44 per hour, depending on qualification level (£24,774 to £25,866 per annum FTE, pro rated based on hours agreed).
We’re looking for weekend Support Workers to join our team at The Grange at Bookham, supporting adults with learning disabilities. We operate a small group living community onsite with residents who have moderate learning and physical disabilities who require support to live as independently as possible 24/7, including support with personal care.
The Grange Centre for People with Disabilities provides vital services to help people with learning disabilities lead independent and fulfilling lives. Located on an 8-acre site in Bookham, we offer accommodation, care support, and a wide range of skills training and activities for people with mild to moderate disabilities. We are a regulated care provider, a charity and a housing association, offering residential care for higher care needs, supported living, and Skills & Activities – including training, work experience, and mini businesses.
