We are currently recruiting for a polished, articulate and well-presented individual to take on the role of Weekend Showroom Host for our Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Cardiff. The hours of work are Saturday 8:30 am to 5 pm and Sunday 11:00 am to 4 pm.

13 hours – working Saturday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a half‑hour lunch break and Sunday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Position Pays

£12.30 per hour

The Opportunity

This isn’t your typical Receptionist role; at the forefront of our dealerships the Showroom Hosts play an integral part in running a smooth and organised front of house. Within this position you will be the first port of call for many of our customers and as such it is imperative that you are polite, approachable and most importantly self‑motivated to create a brilliant first impression of our business.

You Will
  • Meet and greet visitors to the dealership before introducing customers to the relevant staff
  • Receive inbound telephone calls and direct them onto the appropriate department
  • Support the departments with customer events and promotions
  • Carry out some ad hoc administrative duties
About You
  • You will take pride in working in a customer facing role, ideally with a proven record of providing an excellent customer journey in previous roles.
  • Be confident to meet new people on a daily basis and build a quick rapport to drive a great first impression.
  • Adopt a confident and customer‑orientated approach to your role.
  • Possess a strong desire to provide the best customer service possible as the first impression of our dealership.
