Job summary

Manpower UK is hiring a Weekend Shift Operator in Bicester for a part-time role on a Friday–Sunday shift from 6:00am to 6:00pm. You will inspect coated components on a production line, ensuring finish quality and colour consistency, and record findings with accuracy.

Prior experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is valuable, and you will work within a fast-paced team to meet strict standards. The role offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week (36 actually worked) with a pay rate of £16.77

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to record findings accurately and maintain documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect coated components for finish quality and defects.
• Complete and maintain quality documentation and non-conformance reports.
• Collaborate with production to identify quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and internal standards.
• Support final quality sign-off prior to packing and dispatch.
• Carry out routine line operating duties within manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow Health and Safety, quality and ISO procedures at all times.
