📍 Manchester (Office-based)

💰 Full-time : £32,000 – £38,000 basic | OTE £57,000

💼 Part-time : 3 days (Sat, Sun + 1 weekday admin day) | OTE £30,000

My client, a fast-growing and innovative business in the education and services sector, is looking for a Weekend Sales Leader to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

You’ll lead a small but growing weekend team, driving sales performance and ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience. Working closely with senior management, you’ll help develop your team, refine sales processes, and prepare for the company’s next growth phase.

For full-time candidates, you’ll work 5 days (including Saturday and Sunday) with 2 midweek days dedicated to sales activity and 1 for team administration.

For part-time candidates, the role is 3 days (Saturday, Sunday + 1 admin day).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the weekend sales team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor sales calls and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy culture that celebrates success.
  • Support recruitment and training as the team expands.
  • Handle performance management and ensure call quality and compliance.
  • For full-time roles: take part in weekday sales activities and inbound / outbound customer calls.
Ideal Candidate
  • Contact centre leadership experience (Team Leader, Assistant TL, or Manager level).
  • Strong track record in B2C sales and call performance management.
  • Excellent coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable analysing sales data and leading from the front.
  • Driven, engaging, and passionate about developing people.
