Ministry of Justice in the United Kingdom is seeking a Community Payback placement coordinator to establish and maintain working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including local authorities and charities. This role requires weekend working on a rota and pays a higher rate for weekend days worked.

You will support CP management to ensure placements meet policy objectives and comply with legislation, while providing opportunities for on‑the‑job training and education to help

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience coordinating community placements or probation-related programmes.
• Willingness to work weekends on a rota basis.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain relationships with partner organisations, customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure community payback placements meet quality standards and policy objectives.
• Support CP Manager to comply with relevant legislation.
• Attend weekend visits to project sites and cover for CP supervisors when needed.
