Job summary

The Best Connection Employment Group is recruiting Parcel Sorters / Warehouse Operatives for an East Midlands Airport-based role in Castle Donington. This weekend night position offers ongoing temporary work with competitive hourly rates and fully funded aviation training.

Pay rates range from £16.54 to £23.40 per hour, with DBS check funded and full on-site support. Access via Skylink bus routes and free on-site parking are provided. Immediate starts available for suitable applicants.

Qualifications

• Willing to undertake a DBS check.
• Provide a 5-year checkable work history for aviation security clearance.
• Complete a fully funded Aviation Cargo Operative course.
• Reliable and able to work weekend night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sort and scan parcels.
• Load and unload freight.
• Label shipments accurately.
• Quality check cargo.
• Update shipment information in internal systems.
• Perform general warehouse duties.
• Handle parcels up to 25 kg.
