Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy seeking a registered Multisite Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care across Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Lewisham Hospital. This part-time role (15 hours per week, weekends) focuses on patient safety, accurate dispensing, and collaborative care with clinicians.

You will review medications, counsel patients, support immunisation services where applicable, maintain records, and contribute to health promotion.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration with the UK regulator.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and safely.
• Provide medication counselling and patient support.
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to optimise care.
• Conduct medication reviews for safe, effective management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and inventory.
• Provide immunisation services where applicable.
• Advise on OTC products and promote health initiatives.
