Job summary

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer with mechanical experience to work on a commercial site in Mayfair. PLEASE NOTE: this role is weekend only, Saturday and Sunday, 7AM–7PM. Duties include general reactive maintenance on site, light carpentry, and inspections, plus planned maintenance and mechanical servicing on chillers and fan coils. NVQ in Mechanical Engineering is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a commercial FM environment.
• Experience in mechanical building maintenance.
• NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (desirable).

Responsibilities

• General reactive maintenance on site.
• Change light bulbs, replace taps or toilet seats, hang doors or fix shelves.
• Patch plaster, rendering, painting, or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
• Pre-planned maintenance and compliance checks.
• Building inspections.
• Mechanical inspections/maintenance on chillers, fan coils, etc.
