Job summary

Connected Health is seeking a Weekend Care Assistant in Lurgan to support clients in their own homes. No prior homecare experience is required, as accredited training is provided to develop your skills.

You will work within a supportive team to deliver compassionate care and build a meaningful career in homecare. Applicants must have a valid driver’s licence and their own car, with good English communication.

Qualifications

• Previous homecare experience is helpful but not required.
• Good standard of English, both written and spoken.
• Must have a valid driver's licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisor.
