Radfield Home Care in Crawley is seeking a Home Care Assistant for weekend and evening hours. The role is part-time/zero hours, with pay £13.50–£14.50 per hour, plus mileage and travel time reimbursement. Driving license and own car are required, along with fluent English and right to work in the UK.

We provide full induction and ongoing training, with a supportive mentor during the first 12 weeks. You will support clients in their homes, promoting independence and quality of life.

Competenze

• Fluent English is required for clear communication with clients and families.
• Driving licence and access to a car are required.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship is required.
• Home care experience (1 year) preferred.
• Full induction and training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide in-home personal care and companionship.
