Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Front of House Desker to welcome clients, manage sign-in, and support a fast-paced studio environment. You will handle bookings, payments, and inquiries with a high-energy, customer-first approach.

Work is weekend-oriented with a minimum 5 hours per week. The role requires strong hospitality skills and the ability to engage and build a community around Barry’s fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organisation and time management in a fast-paced studio.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a best-in-class welcome and personalised greeting for every client.
• Handle class sign-ins, payments, bookings, and updates in our systems.
• Respond to client queries in person, by phone, and by email and resolve issues.
• Maintain high energy during transitions and keep the studio hygienic and welcoming.
• Open/close the studio and support facilities and instructor teams as needed.
• Build client relationships and support marketing and outreach initiatives.
