Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management at Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and help maintain a welcoming dining area.

You will work closely with kitchen and bar teams, uphold hygiene standards, and provide attentive service during busy periods. Prior F&B experience is a plus, but a can-do attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional approach and passion for guest experiences.
• Clear communication with guests and colleagues.
• Keen eye for detail in order accuracy and presentation.
• Team-focused and supportive to maintain smooth service.
• Flexible and energetic for fast-paced peak times.
• Weekend shifts: able to work Fri/Sat/Sun in 2x5 hour blocks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and attentive service.
• Take and process food and drink orders; note special requests.
• Serve food and beverages with high presentation standards.
• Set up, clean and reset tables and service areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties.
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operation.
