Job summary

Radfield Home Care is seeking a Home Care Assistant for weekend and evening hours in Crawley and surrounding areas. You will provide high-quality care and companionship in clients' homes, helping maintain independence and dignity.

A driving licence and own car are required. Pay is £13.50–£14.50 per hour with travel time, mileage, and training; visiting service runs from 7:00am to 10:00pm. Part-time/zero hours contracts available; a 12-week induction and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written) required.
• Driving licence and own car required.
• Home Care: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the community for people who need assistance to live independently within their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, medication support, meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Deliver person-centred care and build professional relationships with clients.
