18 Week Support is seeking a Consultant Plastic Surgeon for weekend insourcing in London, supporting NHS waiting list initiatives. Availability is weekend sessions across the South East/West, offering flexible scheduling and a highly collaborative, patient-centred environment.

Key requirements include GMC Specialist Register in Dermatology, active Licence to Practise, and proven NHS consultant experience. Excellent communication and autonomous decision-making are essential for success.

Qualifications

• GMC registration with Specialist Register accreditation in Dermatology.
• Active Licence to Practise.
• Proven NHS Consultant Dermatologist experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients on hospital waiting lists.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and clinical findings.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Provide clinical guidance to junior medical staff.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and follow-up for Trust pathways.
