Precedo Healthcare are recruiting experienced home care or community care staff to join our Sheffield Team, Weekends Only, to provide exceptional end-of-life care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable carers who are passionate about delivering person‑centred care with dignity and respect.

Basics of the Role

• Essential care and emotional support to individuals at the end of life.
• Working on double‑handed calls across Sheffield.

What we require

• Previous experience in home or community care, especially around medication support.
• A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
• A genuine passion for caring and supporting people in their own homes.
• Confidence in using electronic systems for care notes and medication logs.
• Fully Enhanced DBS or willing to apply.
