Job summary

Savills Company is seeking a reliable cleaner to maintain hygiene standards across site facilities including visitor centre, offices, toilets and external areas. You will work on your own initiative after induction.

You must follow H&S and COSHH requirements, report maintenance issues promptly, and assist with bin movements and general cleaning tasks. Weekend shifts: Saturday 08:00-18:00 and Sunday 08:00-16:00, total 16 hours with a 1‑hour unpaid break.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.
• A clean driving licence would be advantageous and if not physically able to move the bins noted herein.

Responsibilities

• Work on your own in cleaning tasks as inducted and trained.
• Understand H&S requirements to keep yourself and others safe.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Clean customer toilets and external areas as required.
• Move 240L, 550L and 1100L bins around service road when needed.
• Comply with COSHH regulations and site policies.
• Attend training courses as identified for development.
• Assist in other cleaning tasks with the team.
