Job summary

Sodexo Group in Slough is seeking a Weekend Cleaning operative for a GMP-compliant manufacturing site. The role is part-time, weekend shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, 20 hours per week, at £13.50 per hour.

You’ll perform daily cleaning tasks, maintain a welcoming environment, and support safety and sanitation procedures as part of a dedicated team at the Mars Wrigley site. No prior cleaning experience is required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is not required but helpful and training is provided.
• Able to work solo or as part of a team and adapt to daily tasks.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to take on varied duties.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning and facilities support to the GMP area.
• Work in line with GMP and local procedures.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and complete daily cleaning tasks.
• Assist with incoming tasks and ensure a speedy, spotless service.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to keep teams safe.

• What you'll do:

  • To provide daily cleaning and facilities support to the GMP (manufacturing area).
  • Working to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and in accordance with all local working procedures.
  • Help our teams maintain a welcoming environment, completing your list of daily cleaning tasks
  • Support with incoming tasks, providing a speedy and spotless service
  • Help us keep our teams safe through safety and sanitation procedures

  • Cleaning experience is great, but not essential—we'll show you the ropes!
