Job summary

Vertas is seeking a passionate Cleaner to join our Facilities Team at High Lodge Cafe, Thetford, Suffolk. The role is 12 hours per week, with shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and bank holidays, 12:00–18:30 with a 30-minute unpaid break.

You will maintain cleanliness to a high standard, support kitchen porter duties, and help deliver exceptional service to customers. Right to work in the UK is required and compliance screening applies.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Great communication skills and experience in similar cleaning setting.
• A team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group.
• The ability to make the best decisions with Vertas in mind.

Responsibilities

• Mopping customer areas.
• Kitchen porter duties throughout day, pot wash emptying bins ect
• Hoovering and mopping floors
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
