Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant in Exeter to help residents enjoy each day with quality care and support. You’ll assist with daily living, follow care plans, provide companionship and one-to-one time, bringing warmth and compassion to a rewarding environment.

You’ll need some experience caring for older people, excellent communication, and a can-do approach. We provide training and a supportive environment to help you thrive.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks and personal care.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
