Job summary

Miramont is seeking enthusiastic Party Hosts to create magical birthday experiences for children. You will lead high-energy activities, organize party spaces, and help with setup, balloons, and cleanup.

This role emphasizes safety, fun, and memorable moments for every birthday child. We train you to be expert facilitators of fun, with a focus on English and math literacy, reliable transport, and the stamina to stay active throughout each party.

Qualifications

• Must be literate in English and math.
• Must be passionate about working with children.
• Must be highly motivated and enthusiastic with communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have effective organizational skills.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Physically capable of sustaining the endurance necessary to be active throughout the entirety of each party experience.
• Responsible for securing reliable transportation to and from work.
• High attention to detail and process systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate FUN by leading epic obstacle courses and silly group games.
• Set up and stage each party experience (balloons, tables, chairs, etc.).
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to each party slot for setup.
• Collect payment at the end of each party.
• Handle clean-up and teardown after each party.
• Work a minimum of four party shifts per month on Saturdays and Sundays (11am, 1pm, 3pm).
