Housekeeper

Leeds Hospital | Cleaning | Bank | Part Time | £12.33 per hour

This role supports our mission by keeping hospital environments clean, safe and pleasant. You will clean and prepare a range of areas using the latest equipment and benefit from a first-class training programme. You will take pride in your work and undertake general responsibilities including room cleaning, waste removal, linen collection and deep cleaning.

Responsibilities
  • Care about our patients so you can organise your work and plan your time with assistance from our Heads of Housekeeping to ensure cleaning never interferes with a patient’s experience.
  • Be friendly, with good communication and customer service skills, working in a team and interacting with patients.
  • Be motivated, friendly and flexible.
  • Ideally experienced in a similar role; be well organised and ensure cleaning processes are followed to keep the location clean, pleasant and safe for patients.
  • Work closely with the Infection Prevention team, reporting incidents to the relevant team members.
