Job summary

Angling Direct, the UK’s leading fishing tackle retailer, is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Redditch store. This part-time role is 13 hours per week, scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays, with a pay of £12.71 per hour and potential quarterly commission based on sales and customer satisfaction.

You will greet customers, provide product suggestions, restock and maintain a tidy, well-stocked store, and operate tills while contributing to a high-quality shopping experience for fellow anglers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Solid knowledge of fishing products to advise customers effectively.
• Ability to work as part of a sales team and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product advice to drive sales.
• Display and organise merchandise to keep the store visually appealing.
• Monitor stock and restock shelves to maintain accuracy.
