Job summary

Position for a Care Assistant with availability on weekday Morning Shifts

The home provides care for residents aged 18-65, and as a Care Assistant, you would provide a key role in the efficient running of the service.

You will be helping residents with personal care and daily activities, encouraging the service users to remain as independent as possible.

Responsibilities
  • completing relevant paperwork,
  • following personalised care plans,
  • reporting any issues you may encounter

Qualifications
  • You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
  • Have a checkable work history
  • Have up to date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
  • Have an in date enhanced DBS check; if your DBS have expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.

We are unable to offer support for VISA applicants.

This is an ongoing opportunity and rewarding role.

Your typical hours will be Monday to Friday starting at 07.00 and finishing at 14.00.

You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.55 plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay.
