Job summary

Driver Hire Slough is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver for a reputable food distribution client. The role offers a straightforward driving pattern with Monday to Friday hours and a £35,000 salary.

You will deliver to hotels, restaurants and hospitality venues, carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining professionalism with customers. Immediate start available for suitable applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HGV Class 2 driving experience.
• Valid Category C licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
• Aged 25 or over for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to hotels, restaurants and hospitality businesses.
• Complete scheduled deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when dealing with customers.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and comply with road transport regulations.
