Job summary

Easthampstead Park Hotel & Wedding Venue is seeking an energetic Assistant Weddings & Events Manager to coordinate weddings and events at our Grade II listed mansion. You will oversee all conferencing, banqueting, and training, delivering first-class service while maintaining brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and a professional appearance, with late nights and weekends as events demand.

Qualifications

• Excellent maths and English are essential.
• Experience in hotel/hospitality weddings preferred.
• Assistant Manager or Supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of Opera is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operating all conferencing, weddings and banqueting on site.
• Organising and conducting training in line with brand standards.
• Assisting with leading the conference and banqueting team in delivering a first class service at events.
• Set up and tear down of all event rooms in line with function requirements.
• Meeting and greeting clients to build and develop lasting relationships.
