Wedding & Banqueting Manager – East Horsley

Do you have a passion for creating unforgettable weddings and exceptional events? As Wedding & Banqueting Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of weddings and events from start to finish – making sure every detail is delivered to the highest standard. From managing timings on the day and supporting your team to providing a warm welcome to couples and organisers, you'll ensure every event runs seamlessly and leaves a lasting impression. You'll work closely with our Sales team to fully understand each event's requirements, plan ahead, and make sure everything is perfectly in place on the day. This is a hands‑on role, where you'll lead by example and help to create a positive, professional working atmosphere for your team.

Your skills & experience
  • Experience working within weddings, banqueting or events, ideally at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level
  • Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail and great communication skills
  • Confident leading and motivating a team to deliver high standards of service
  • Able to build good relationships with couples, guests, and colleagues alike
A Personal Licence holder (or willing to obtain one)
