Overview

Website and Social Media Assistant – Radis Community Care. We are looking for a creative and driven candidate to join our Marketing Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about storytelling, digital content, and social media strategy. You’ll play a key role in raising awareness of our care services by creating engaging content, managing our online presence, and keeping our website fresh and relevant.

If you love capturing moments, writing compelling posts, and analysing what works online, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and publish engaging social media content across platforms, including video, photography, and written posts.
  • Manage online communities and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyse social media performance, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve engagement.
  • Assist in developing and executing monthly social media content plans.
  • Generate fresh ideas to raise brand awareness and showcase our services.
  • Capture stories, quotes, and visuals from across the business for use on social media and the website.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure messaging is aligned.
  • Keep the website up to date with the latest news, services, and content.
  • Optimise website content for SEO to improve visibility and drive traffic.
  • Support broader marketing activities as needed.
About You
  • You’re a natural storyteller who enjoys finding and sharing the good news happening across our services.
  • You have experience managing social media platforms for a business, including planning content calendars and analysing performance.
  • You’re confident working with people across all areas of the business and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • You’re proactive, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field (desirable).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or digital communications role.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience with both paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar).

  • Background in Health & Social Care or Marketing Agency environments is a plus.
