Job summary

Campions, a leading UK sales and lettings group, seeks a Website Manager to maintain and optimise our group websites. You will ensure accurate formatting, visual engagement, and SEO-aligned content across platforms.

You'll collaborate with content creators, designers and developers to enhance online presence, develop SEO strategies, and analyse performance to improve rankings and user experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years digital marketing experience with technical and content knowledge.
• Proven experience in web publishing or content management.
• Proficiency in WordPress CMS.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web design principles.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• 2-3 years’ experience with analytics tools (GA).
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, edit, and maintain content across group websites and blogs.
• Ensure content adheres to brand, accessibility, and SEO standards.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers on multimedia elements.
• Design and build landing pages using our CMS to support initiatives.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot formatting, links, and functionality.
• Optimise content for SEO and user experience with metadata and keywords.
• Conduct regular website audits to keep content fresh and aligned with objectives.
• Improve site structure for intuitive navigation and conversions.
• Assist CRO initiatives across all group sites to boost lead conversion.
• Stay updated with publishing trends, CMS updates, and best practices.
