Job summary

Alice is seeking a skilled Web Intelligence Analyst to join our team. You will collect intelligence data, write comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights to help clients understand and mitigate online risks.

Responsibilities include conducting high-level OSINT investigations, monitoring platforms for malicious activity, assessing policy frameworks for vulnerable audiences, and supporting product and intelligence teams with customer insights and trend analysis.

Qualifications

• WEBINT / OSINT experience (1-2 years).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle exposure to sensitive or distressing content.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-level open-source intelligence investigations and create ad-hoc reports on various topics in Trust and Safety.
• Monitor third-party websites, forums, messaging app channels, and other platforms to uncover malicious activity.
• Assess user-generated content policy frameworks to judge suitability for vulnerable audiences and recommend actions.
• Assist product and intelligence teams in understanding customers’ needs by tracking challenges and industry trends.
• Analyze and compile large data sets to provide meaningful insights.
