Overview

Head Hunted Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with an award winning business who are one of the largest in their sector and boasting a strong market presence. The company are in the process of adding to their Marketing team by bringing in an experienced and knowledgeable Web & Digital Marketing Executive, this is an additional position and requires an individual who has drive and ambition to succeed in a fast paced role. The main purpose of the Web & Digital Marketing Executive is to develop web and digital platforms to deliver effective, consistent and high-quality content that promotes the company\'s sales, products and brands. The scope extends across both written and graphic content and all internal and third-party digital platforms including B2B and B2C websites including Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts. The jobholder will also support other digital communications including email and social media accounts.

Objectives
  • Through a continuous audit and review process, maintain all product listings across all platforms to a high quality and consistent standard that drives engagement and sales
  • Develop new content - written, graphic and video - to enhance and improve existing listings and create fresh content for new listings on all platforms
  • Support appointed web agencies, develop and improve the companies B2B and B2C websites to meet the evolving needs of the business
  • Develop routine web reporting for B2B and B2C websites that provide the business with measures of engagement and usability
  • In partnership with appointed Amazon agency, deploying routine key word analysis and SEO techniques, ensure all product content is optimised to drive ratings and maximise sales
  • Audit competitor activity and performance on Amazon and other platforms and make recommendations for tactical improvements to the digital strategy to improve competitiveness
  • Drive the effective use of the Pixell tool for Agents by keeping the content relevant and up to date and by developing the additional features to support the sales process
  • Ensure that all digital content is organised and stored on the business databases so that it is easily discoverable and accessible
  • Assist with the development of the online marketing strategy and become the business champion on the use of AI to support all the business\' online marketing

Required Skills
  • Highly literate with a range of digital tools (Microsoft, Magento, Google, etc)
  • Evidence of success in managing web and digital content for FMCG brands/products
  • Demonstration of success in creating discoverable products content on Amazon
  • Competent in copywriting and creating written web content
  • An ability to build simple graphic content for web and digital use, ideally with knowledge of Adobe suite
  • Well developed attention to detail and accuracy
  • A curiosity around the use of AI in digital content creation and management
  • A confident communicator
  • Innovative thinker with a creative approach
  • Knowledge and experience of TikTok shop and other emerging sales platforms would also be an asset

This is an office based role working with an exceptional team of people. The Web & Digital Marketing Executive opportunity comes with an extremely rewarding salary of circa 28K-30K per annum.
