Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Web Developer & SEO Executive to build, maintain, and optimize company websites, collaborating with marketing, design, and content teams to improve online visibility, performance, and user experience.

You will work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress, implement on-page SEO, monitor performance using GA, Search Console, and GTM, and report progress to management. This is an in-person role based in Ilford, UK.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with WordPress development and customization.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and ranking factors.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with other CMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and customize company websites using WordPress and other CMS.
• Build responsive, user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Design, test, and implement new website features and functionality.
• Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Perform website audits and optimize speed, usability, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement and maintain on-page SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata, internal linking, and content structure.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, content writers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to deliver digital projects on time.
• Ensure websites comply with SEO, security, and web performance standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, SEO trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Prepare reports on website performance, SEO progress, and project updates for management.
