BWD Search & Selection is helping a well-established wealth management firm in London hire a Proposition Manager for its newly formed proposition function. The role offers significant ownership of projects and close collaboration with the Head of Proposition, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping the firm’s future offering.

The role covers proposition strategy, governance and commercial development as part of an 18-month roadmap to enhance investment propositions, improve client outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience across proposition management, product governance or strategy in financial services.
• Strong project management, analytical and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own proposition strategy, governance and commercial development.
• Lead initiatives from concept through delivery and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and embed proposition frameworks and client journey improvements.
