Evelyn Partners in London is seeking a Client Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners and to help deliver a polished client experience.

You will join the Client Admin Financial Planning team, build relationships with clients, and coordinate with operations on scripts, transfers, and data changes, with a hybrid pattern after a 6‑month probation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Financial Planning / Wealth Management.
• Experience in client support / financial planner support.
• Knowledge of ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, Bonds.
• Willingness to learn and develop in financial services.
• Strong client service ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships.
• Ability to plan workload and stay organized.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with regular contact.
• Liaise with operational teams for scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and data changes.
• Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.
• Maintain back-office systems and client records per company policies.
