Job summary

St. James’s Place Partner Practice seeks a professional Technical Administrator to support advisers by gathering and analysing financial data, preparing reports and illustrations for client reviews.

Based in Epsom, you will work alongside the Partner to ensure timely, compliant processing and strong client servicing with discretion. The role requires numeracy, IT proficiency, self-motivation and experience in wealth management environments; Level 4 Dip PFS or FPC is preferred, with Salesforce

Qualifications

Must have Level 4 Dip PFS or be pursuing it.
Experience in IFA or Wealth Management preferred.
Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
Exposure to IHT, Pension or Investment products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyse financial information and portfolio data for client reviews.
Prepare suitability letters and illustrations (Reviews and New Business).
Liaise with third parties to progress cases to completion and ensure compliant processing.
Manage cases within processing systems with training provided on IT platforms.
Support client servicing including withdrawals and tax calculations.
Check CFRs and collate client information for adviser reviews.
Progress cases and maintain up-to-date records with discretion and integrity.
