Job summary

St. James's Place plc, operating through a Partner Practice, is seeking a Technical Administrator in the Epsom area. You will gather and analyse financial information, support client reviews, and work alongside the Partner to ensure timely, compliant processing.

The role emphasizes numeracy, IT proficiency and the ability to handle client information, with progression opportunities within the SJP Accreditation framework.

Qualifications

• Dependent on the client-facing wealth management environment.
• Level 4 DipPFS or FPC considered essential/advantageous.
• Experience with financial reporting and client reviews is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check CFRs and collate client information for reviews.
• Prepare suitability letters and illustrations (reviews and new business).
• Manage cases through to completion with accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive training on relevant IT systems and ensure compliant processing.
