The nine-week program includes induction, training, and hands-on exposure to our team of advisors and specialists. Top performers may receive a full-time offer at the end of the summer.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year of study and expected graduation between January 2028 and July 2028.
• Highly driven with teamwork to develop complex solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
• Desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• High level of discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and analyze market activities to develop strategies for meeting financial goals.
• Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to learn the business and build expertise.
• Work with multiple teams (market strategy, equity, alternative investments) to conduct research, develop products, and respond to client needs.
• Engage in mentorship and learning sessions to grow professional network.
