Job summary

Brooks Macdonald Group is recruiting a Business Development Associate for its London office. The role focuses on telephone-based distribution support and sales development for UK investment funds and Model Portfolio Services, with coverage across IFAs, restricted advisers, wealth managers, networks and platforms.

You will build relationships, promote funds and MPS, support due diligence and campaigns, and help achieve activity, engagement and net sales targets while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone sales or business development within UK investments
• Strong grasp of investment funds, multi-asset solutions and Model Portfolio Services
• Ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly to advisers
• Knowledge of FCA promotions standards and Consumer Duty principles
• Excellent organisation, resilience, and relationship-building
• Comfort with CRM, sales MI and campaign tracking

Responsibilities

• Build and manage segmented telephone panels across IFAs and platforms
• Promote investment funds and MPS according to channel models and client base
• Support due diligence and contribute to campaigns, process improvements
• Develop adviser relationships and identify opportunities across channels
• Track activity and sales progress using CRM and reporting tools
• Maintain regulatory and conduct standards in all communications
