Job summary

Orla Rose Associates in London is seeking a Client Services Executive to join the Portfolio Management team. The role focuses on delivering a consistently high level of client service for wealth management clients and intermediaries.

You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, handling onboarding, KYC, client reporting and meeting preparation, while maintaining accurate records and supporting operations as needed.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ relevant financial services experience.
• Polished, personable and exceptionally organized.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• CRM experience is important, with XPLAN advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and intermediaries.
• Responding to client queries and providing proactive day-to-day support.
• Preparing meeting packs and presentation materials.
• Supporting quarterly valuations and client reporting.
• Assisting with new client onboarding, KYC and suitability processes.
• Liaising with Operations, Risk & Compliance and other internal teams.
• Processing client instructions and payments.
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
• Providing wider administrative and office support when required.
