Job summary

You will act as a point of contact for advisers, troubleshoot system issues, support case strategy, and manage escalations. The ideal candidate has experience in independent financial advice, holds a Level 4 Diploma, and possesses excellent Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in paraplanning, technical or advisory support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for advisers and internal teams.
• Take ownership of issues, diagnose root causes and deliver practical solutions.
• Support adviser onboarding, including business model design and platform selection.

Skills

Experience within an IFA or independent financial advice environment

Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio construction

Advanced Excel capability

Education
