Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Works Technician Process Controller for Clacton and surrounding areas. The role involves hands-on maintenance at Water Recycling Centres, outdoor work in all weather, monitoring and adjusting treatment processes, and ensuring compliance through routine servicing.

The ideal candidate has GCSEs in English and Maths, strong IT skills, a full driving licence, and a proactive, flexible attitude.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education in English and Maths.
• Confidence and ability to deal with people at all levels.
• Competency with IT systems.
• Some experience of sewerage design and construction is desirable
• Strong administration abilities.
• Willingness to be flexible and work with internal and external customers.
• Strong sense of process and health and safety.
• Ability to work quickly, using own initiative and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Visit Water Recycling Centres to carry out routine maintenance.
• Maintain, monitor and adjust treatment processes.
• Ensure servicing is carried out in proper sequence for compliance.
