Job Title: Water Treatment Service Engineer

Due to recently winning new contracts, our client requires a technically-minded Water Treatment Service Engineer, with a hardworking attitude and keen enthusiasm for the industry. You will be undertaking the installation, commissioning and servicing of Water Treatment systems for a variety of clients. Locations of work can vary, depending on client requirements, so applicants will be expected to be fleixble with regards to travel. The company are a well-established and highly regarded Water Treatment Equipment outfit, who are offering competitive salaries and benefits packages.

Experience / Qualifications

• Experience working as a Water Treatment Service Engineer
• Will have worked within a reputable Water Treatment outfit
• Conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• It would be beneficial to hold plumbing and / or electrical qualifications and training
• Hardworking attitude
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficient in the use of IT software

The Role

• Commissioning and installing various Water Treatment systems and components, such as: RO, Deionisation, UV filtration and Water Softeners
• Completing servicing and repairs on systems and components to ensure full performance
• Inspecting systems to identify faults and ensure full efficiency
• Making technical recommendations for remedial works
• Pricing for works and discussing directly with clients
• Maintaining records of works undertaken
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients
• Providing training and technical support to clients
• Ordering materials and parts
• Travelling in line with company requirements
