Our established client is a professional water treatment company delivering a wide range of industrial water treatment duties to national clients. They seek a competent, hard‑working Water Treatment Service Chemist to join their team in Manchester.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience working as a service chemist with analysis of system boilers, closed systems and cooling tower water.
  • Hands‑on experience delivering water hygiene duties in accordance with ACOP L8.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good working knowledge of the water treatment/hygiene industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Role Responsibilities
  • Chemical analysis on cooling towers, steam boilers and closed heated & chilled systems.
  • Maintenance of domestic and industrial water systems.
  • Routine monitoring tasks at various properties as per client requirements.
  • Providing the full range of service chemist duties on an array of systems across a variety of sectors.
  • Updating site log books.
  • Maintaining a professional working relationship with new and existing clients.
