This well-established water treatment company with a large client base nationwide is currently seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Water Treatment Operations Manager based in the South East region. Consideration will be given to applications from North London, Essex and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong technical, chemical, operational, commercial, management, plumbing, accounts and sales background.
  • Extensive experience in this or similar role within the water treatment/water hygiene industry.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the water treatment industry and legislation.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Role
  • Service management of clients.
  • Perform some technical work and client visits.
  • Set up management systems.
  • Manage staff/team/consultants on site and ensure that all work complies with Health and Safety procedures.
  • Run contracts and coordinate, providing quotations and tenders at the highest level.
  • Ensure targets are achieved – profit and loss.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Involve in recruitment, training and appraisals of staff.
  • Improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in Key Performance Indicator reviews.
  • Promote and grow the business rapidly.
  • Deal with any issues effectively and appropriately.
