Responsibilities

Future Select’s client are looking for a Water Treatment Operations Manager from a water background based in the east midlands area. This position is working for a 5mil turnover company. They sell water treatment products to companies worldwide. You will be looking after a team of around 30 employees.

You will be able to source you own prospects and generate Sales leads within a wide range of industries from Local Authorities and Councils to Industrial and Commercial sites.
You will be dealing with Water Treatment and Water Hygiene accounts and ideally would have a good understanding of cooling towers, steam boilers, LTHW systems, Water treatment and the ACoP L8 guidance.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience from within water treatment market.
  • A high qualification in a science preferably chemistry.
  • New business hunter.
  • Strategic networker.
  • Autonomous and entrepreneurial approach to sales.
  • Long term relationship builder.
  • Strong character.
  • Excellent commercial acumen.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
  • Target orientated.
