Our client is a well-established water treatment company offering a variety of professional and quality services to clients nationwide and they are now seeking a commercially focused and ambitious Water Treatment Operations Manager, ideally with some plumbing experience, to cover contracts in and around the South East.

Job specification, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong technical, chemical, contracts management, sales, accounts and engineering background.
  • Proven experience working within this role and with the water treatment industry.
  • Managing new and existing contracts and technical accounts.
  • Involved with chemical analysis on closed systems, steam boilers, water features and cooling towers – preferable.
  • Monitoring water systems in accordance with ACOP L8 and taking water samples for bacterial analysis.
  • Building and maintaining a good relationship with a large portfolio of clients.
  • Other duties will include growing the business, achieving goals and targets.
  • Flexible and versatile to manage workload effectively to take the business forward.
  • Good communication, people management and organisational skills.
  • Prepared to travel to sites to complete work when required.
