Job Title: Water Treatment / Legionella Business Development Manager.
Location: Slough, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £35k – £50k + Benefits + OTE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Water Treatment / Legionella Business Development Manager to join a leading Warer Treatment / Legionella Consultancy. You will have a proven track record of managing, sourcing and growing steam boiler, cooling tower and cooling tower accounts for Retail, Food & Beverage, Construction and Healthcare clients. The role would suit a commercial focused and target driven individual who can utilise their sales experience and technical knowledge to promote the companies Water Treatment / Legionella services, train new starters, and produce management plans for clients. For the successful candidate, our client can offer excellent holiday allowance, overtime rates and excellent commission structure.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: London, Windsor, Bracknell, Woking, Guildford, Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke, High Wycombe, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Stevenage, Bletchley, Brackley, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Witney, Bicester, Watford, St Albans, Hertford, Cheshunt.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Will have experience working within a business management / business development role within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry.
  • Will have excellent technical knowledge.
  • Proven track record of managing, sourcing and growing steam boiler, cooling towers and steam boiler accounts.
  • Will always be professional and courteous.
  • Will have excellent IT skills, able to use industry relevant systems.
  • Well versed in relevant HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
The Role
  • Efficiency sourcing new business and contracts alongside growing and managing existing contracts.
  • Promoting and selling the companies Water Treatment/Legionella services to Retail, Food & Beverage, Construction and Healthcare clients.
  • Providing clients with quotes / tenders in a timely manner.
  • Attending meetings to discuss financial aspects of the business whenli>
  • Ensuring to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Creating management plans for exisiting / new clients.
  • Ensuring that internal systems are accurate and up to date.
  • Continuing to develop, manage and monitor the businesses forecast and budgeting.
  • Ensuring to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Training new starters in line with company requirements.
  • Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
